Waterfalls are so pretty and peaceful. Located between the cities Niagara Falls, NY and Niagara Falls, Ontario is the Niagara Falls State Park. The Niagara Falls is actually a collection of waterfalls, giving visitors an unbelievable sight to remember. There  are three falls the American Falls, the Bridal Veil Falls and the Horseshoe Falls. This Park draws millions of visitors each year.

No trip to Niagara Falls is complete without riding on the world famous Maid of the Mist. People can grab their ponchos and get ready for the ride of their lives.  While on the ride people will sail into the thundering Horseshoe Falls. After the ride, people can climb to the Crows Nest for a bird’s eye view of the American Falls. People can get a great, beautiful photo from the Observation deck. It is the only place in the park to get a shot that has all of the falls together.

People can take a beautiful scenic walk over the historic pedestrian bridges to Goat Island. As people leave that island to the right is a path that will lead people to the Luna Islands. It has just been restored and is scheduled to open this spring. Imagine what the island might look like, with today’s new technology and architectural designs.

When it’s time to get a meal, people can enjoy the Top of the Falls Restaurant, overlooking the Horseshoe Falls! If the weather cooperates, ask for a seat on the deck! If people need something quicker or a refreshing ice cream, visit the Cave of the Winds grill. These restaurants aren’t the only restaurants, but they are the most popular.

People can’t call it a day until they see the Falls at night. The Falls really come alive after dark! Each night the Falls are illuminated in colored lights and on Fridays and other special occasions and certain nights of the week, fireworks explode in the sky over the Gorge!

People might be very surprised of the price of the Niagara Discovery Pass and all of the attractions that are included. For $33 for adults and $26 for kids six to 12 they can explore all most all of the popular park attractions including the Cave of the Winds Tour, Maid of the Mist , Niagara: Legends of Adventure movie, the Niagara Gorge Discovery Center, the Aquarium of Niagara and one day of unlimited transportation on the Niagara Scenic Trolley.
