The Circle of Friends Club is meeting after school on November 16th at 2:45 in Miss Moyer’s room 324. Make sure you have a ride at 3:45 when we are finished. It’s not too late to join if you haven’t already! If you have questions, see Miss Moyer. We hope to see you there!
Our veteran’s collection continues. So far, the totals are:
For 6th grade, Mrs. Kepner’s home room with $22.81; in second place, Mrs. Rose’s homeroom with $18; and in 3rd place, Mrs. Lang’s home room with $10.
For 7th grade, in first place, Mrs. Petermans’s home room with $10.
And for 8th grade, Mr. Hatch’s room and Mr. Garlick’s homeroom are tied with $60 each.
Remember, the top three homerooms in each grade receive a movie in the auditorium, and the winner of each grade will also receive a Dunkin Donuts breakfast. Donations can be made through the morning of Friday, November 17th.

The Altoona Area Junior High School Drama Club is proud to present The Emperor’s New Clothes. Public performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday, November 17th with a matinee show at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2023. All performances will take place in the Altoona Area Junior High School Auditorium.
Attention 7th and 8th grade boys: There will be an open gym workout for any 7th or 8th grade male student interested in playing basketball Tuesday night, November 14, at the JUNIOR HIGH GYM from 6:30 PM-8:00 PM.
