 Whether you’re running late to school or need a pre game snack, don’t resort to poor nutrition. Instead of relying on fast food or vending machines prepare by packing these healthy choices.

Parfait: Layer Vanilla yogurt and mandarin oranges or blueberries in a packable container and sprinkle granola on top.

Are you finding it hard to fit in fitness?

Try this 20 minute workout routine!

1.) Begin a warm-up workout of fast walking around your block for 15 minutes. Remember to keep a steady and quick pace!

2.) Jog in place for 1-2 minutes.

3.) Do 24 jumping jacks, then 12 crunches.
