Highlights a student’s pet every week
This week’s Pets Gone Wild pet of the week is Duke. Duke is wolf-husky mix. He belong’s to 9th grader Zachary Fitzgerald. He has been in the family for a year.
“My dad named him after Bo and Luke Duke,” Fitzgerald said.
Duke is a very big and heavy dog.
“He weighs about 200 pounds and is three feet tall,” Fitzgerald said.
Duke is a very friendly dog.
“He loves kids and isn’t aggressive, he usually just sits around,” Fitzgerald said.
He needs to be walked everyday. He also needs to be washed twice a week. These types of dogs need a lot of work. They are very good dogs but someone getting one should want to put the work in.
They are very friendly though.
“He’s not aggressive and he loves kids,” Fitzgerald said.
