Price of admission too high
November 16, 2016
The day right before Thanksgiving break is when the next reward movie will be. Depending on the movie chosen it will be a great time or an awfully boring one. Either way it is still time outside the classroom. All this for the low price of seven lion loot but for most this is too high.
Every time a reward movie comes around students freak out in a frenzied attempt to obtain the measly number of seven lion loot. Even though the school says it is easy to obtain lion loot, in reality it is not. To avoid all the confusion and frenzy the best solution is to lower the number of lion loot required to go see the movie.
The best number of lion loot for the movie would be four. This amount would be the best compromise between students and teachers as some teachers do not hand out lion loot very much. Telling these teachers to hand out more will not solve the problem since it is all based on perspective. Some teachers feel that students must work hard to earn their lion loot and feel handing out more would be negating the point of lion loot. Completely removing lion loot from the equation would not benefit teachers as students would feel no need to work hard for lion loot
Then there is the opposite side of the spectrum; teachers who hand out lion loot for free the day of or before the movie. While these teachers are the heroes to most students, they have the same problem as going to the movie for free. Students will feel no need to collect lion loot for the movie since teachers just hand it to them for free. Even just handing out one or two lion loot still defeats the purpose of lion loot. The meaning of lion loot is rewarding for positive behavior and actions.
With lowering the amount of lion loot teachers will feel no need to hand out lion loot to students since it will be easier to get the number of lion loot they need. Lowering the number of lion loot brings back meaning to the whole system.
