News brief: DelGrosso’s Amusement Park reopening for summer season
DelGrosso’s Amusement Park and Laguna Splash Water Park in Tipton, Pa, reopens on May 29, 2021 while ensuring safety guidelines.
DelGrosso’s will employ COVID-19 precautions; however, these safety guidelines do change in accordance with state guidelines, so everyone needs to remain flexible.
Current safeguards for the park will feature distancing reminders, limiting capacity in accordance with state guidelines, hand sanitizing stations, and other precautions to enhance health and safety. Face coverings will be mandatory for guests over the age of two except when dining or traveling between or participating in water attractions.
Amy Mearkle, DelGrosso’s Director of Advertising and Marketing, said, “Though the pandemic brought new challenges, we have a great team and we are excited for the upcoming season.” Mearkle explained that DelGrosso’s takes pride in the park’s cleanliness and strives to ensure extra precautions.
DelGrosso’s is hiring workers from age 14 and older. Available positions include: food service, security/parking, clean-up, games and retail. These positions pay $7.25 per hour.
DelGrosso’s Amusement Park is open until Sep. 26, 2021 and will stay current with all Coronavirus guidelines while guaranteeing the safety of their guests.

I am SUPER happy DelGrosso’s is opening again. This place is really fun and a great time. If haven’t already, go there! It is fun for all ages.

I’m so happy that everything is reopening and everyone is getting back to work. It would be fun to go there again this summer because it wasn’t open last summer… But now the Covid-19 pandemic has died down a bit and everything’s getting back in the works!!!
