Oh, Ichabod! Sixth grader Natalie Bumbarger playing Katrina gracefully makes her way up to the stage to Ichabod Crane and Brom Bones. As soon as she made her way on the stage, Ichabod and Brom started fighting over her.

After months of preparation, the Drama Club is prepared to present “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.”

“The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” is a spooky and eerie story that was set in a remote period of American history about a school teacher named Ichabod Crane who just moved to the tiny village called Sleepy Hollow.

Tickets will be sold at the door. Admission for students is $5 and $8 for adults.

The play debuts Thursday, Nov. 3 and Friday, Nov. 4, both at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 5, at 12:30 p.m.

They will be showing a senior citizens preview on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 7 p.m.

Drama Club performs multiple plays each school year, so there’s always new experiences for actors and audiences alike.

Eighth grader narrator Baylin Smith said, “You should definitely come. It’s a brand new experience. It can be kind of crazy, but that’s what’s fun about it.”
