Ding, dong! The Cathedral towers over Altoona. The sight is even more scenic in the snow. College freshman Mira Sparacino said, “I like how the dome is always prominent no matter what angle you look at it from.”

Hi, I’m Dominic Sparacino, I like to play trumpet, sing in chorus and vocal ensemble. I have also featured in many school plays, and I play soccer for the school. I like to watch sports and hope to go to Penn State when I grow up. I am excited to be in the news writing staff, and I am hopeful for a great year!
