Chic chain. A Parlor Doughnuts opens up in Altoona at 3621 Burgoon Road, and people love it. This shop was just one of the 52 locations Parlor owns.

"I'm so glad to have this opportunity. There can be struggles sometimes, so you just have to make sure to be extra tough," Pfahler said.
