This is a reminder that Chromebooks should be used for school purposes only. Chromebooks that are being used for anything other than school assignments can be considered to be disruptive as well as an audiovisual violation. Taking videos or pictures during class time is not an acceptable use of the chromebook.

Lady Lions Fall to Williamsport Despite Strong Individual Performances
The Lady Lions put forth a strong individual showing despite a tough 82.5 to 49.5 loss to the Williamsport Millionaires.
Mikayla Patterson led the way on the track, securing 1st place in the 300-meter hurdles and 2nd in the 100-meter hurdles. Jaycee Rossman backed her up with 3rd-place finishes in both hurdle events.
In sprint action, Hailey Camberg took 3rd in the 100-meter dash while earning 2nd place in the 200-meter dash. She also contributed to the 4×100 relay team — along with Karma Lopez-Oakes, Raelynn Woomer, and Clair Betar — which took 2nd.
Raya Potts had a standout meet in distance and field events, taking 2nd in both the 1600 and 800-meter runs and claiming 1st in the long jump.
In the longest race of the day, Rowyn Resig earned 1st place in the 3200-meter run.
Field events saw strong showings from Leah Connolly, who won the high jump and placed 3rd in both the long and triple jumps. Callie Ingham took 2nd in discus, while Emerson Claus claimed 2nd in shot put.
Although the Lady Lions came up short as a team, many athletes delivered standout individual performances
The Mt Lion boys’ track and field team lost to the millionaires to Bill-Town 88-43 yesterday. There some bright sports for the Mt Lions as Khyaire Hall jumped a personal best 37’ in the triple jump.
Hayden Island-burger won the 300 meter low hurdles.
The 400 meter relay team, comprised of Jensen Treese, Taden Pincherri, Liam Rutherford, and Justin Trostle, took first place.
The 1600 meter relay team of Tristan Camper, Carson Despot, Noah Kincherlow, and Khyaire Hall took first place. In the mile run, Lex Diehl lost by a few tenths of a second but set a PR and qualified for the middle school championships. Your Mt Lions host the Beavers of DuBois on Thursday at Mansion Park. Kruz Keith hit a walkoff single to score Vince Nedimeyer with the winning run as the Maroon baseball team defeated BG by a score of 2-1 in the first game of a double header. Keith, Nedimeyer and Braiden Touchton combined on a fantastic pitching performance by only giving up one run and striking out 11.
In game 2, Dom Pyo had an RBI double to lead the offense in a 3-1 win. Brendan Cobler, Trent Farabaugh and Kolt Meloy sunk the Marauder offense by limiting them to 3 hits in the triumph.
The boys will be back in action Thursday at home vs Juniata Valley.
