It’s been getting warmer outside and everyone’s in a good mood because of it. To brighten up the mood even more try making a treat that’s perfect for warmer weather. Try making Banana Cream Pie Smoothies. They’re a nice cool down treat and great for everyone.
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced banana
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
½ cup 1% low-fat milk
2 tablespoons whole wheat graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
1. Arrange bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet, freeze until firm (about 1 hour).
2. Place frozen banana and remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately.
