I had the pleasure of meeting Tomac at the 2012 Monster Energy Cup. This race took place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Monster energy kept the pits open for the public to go back  to see their favorite riders freely. They also had freestyle and motorcycle shows.

While meeting Tomac, we talked about how he was planning on keeping his stamina throughout the ten lap race. We also talked about how he was going to keep his head held high if he didn’t receive a top three podium spot out of the three main events. Luckily for him, he took the first place title in the last and final main event of the night. He took fourth place in the first main event while Ryan Villipoto, Justin Barcia and Ryan Dungey were in front of him for the majority of the race. In the second main event he also took fourth while Justin Barcia, Ryan Dungey, and Mike Alessi were in front of him. Off of the track, he is a down to earth person who cares about his fans, but more importantly his family.
