“I like mashed potatoes with gravy because the gravy makes it a lot better than it is.” said eighth grader Vinny Nedimeyer

“I came to Altoona because I had the opportunity to help a lot of students on their educational journeys. I didn't enjoy middle school myself partially because of some of the experience I had, and I wanted to be a positive person in students lives. Also, the opportunities to help outside of the classroom and get involved with athletics and help students develop as people as well as students,” said seventh grade geography teacher Trevor Beck.
