This school lets kids in high school come over for half a day to learn skills that can let them come out of school and join the work force, or continue on to post-secondary school. baking and pastry arts instructor, Chef Pamela Kenawell, said, "CTCs are beneficial to students because it gives them hands-on learning and a step ahead for their futures in the trades."
