Coffee! Coffee On 3rd in Duncansville is a cute, small business coffee shop. Coffee on 3rd is owned by a small family that lives here in Altoona and is open about their faith and sharing smiles through coffee! The founder and owner of Ashlyn Dugan said, "We share faith, so I think the biggest accomplishment is one having good coffee and just being a good ground for the community!"
