Healthy Recipes for Students on the Go!
Do students need a snack to satisfy their needs until dinner? Do students grab some chips and end up eating the whole bag? That’s personally what my friends do when they don’t really have something to do that afternoon. So why not make something healthy and delicious? Pair it with some chips or I have recently discovered dipping the salsa in celery sticks! This is a light snack.
Ingredients:
3 cup Seedless Watermelon
1/2 cup green peppers
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Cilantro
1 tbsp Green Onion
1 tbsp JalapeƱo Pepper
Directions: Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl. Place into the refrigerator for an hour. Enjoy!
