Today we’re talking about the Supreme spring 17 white and red “bogo” hat. If you aren’t aware of what “bogo” is, its an abbreviation of the “box logo.” The bogo design is iconic of celebrities like Tyler the Creator and Asap Rocky. This hat is popular due to its simple aesthetic. This hat retails for about $40, yet after retail, you’re looking at $80-$100. We’re not here to break the bank. Personally, there’s nothing we can’t cop here for $10 or less.

Materials needed: plain white 5-panel hat, red fabric, masking tape, pencil, straight edge, white fabric paint, very fine toothed brush and scissors.

You’re going to start buy cutting a small piece of red fabric for the “bogo.” Take your masking tape and tape down your piece to start drawing out your design.

The OG shape should be 1 inch high and 5 inches wide. The box should be your first priority as it’s the most important piece to the ensemble. When tracing the bogo, looking at a photo can always help.

After you’ve traced the bogo you can crack open some white paint.

Using the fine tooth paint brush, you can get clean and crisp lines. Make sure you don’t swipe your hand over your post-painted masterpiece. Lefty’s? You should stay home on this one.

Take some time to let your masterpiece dry and reflect on how much fuego you’ll have after you cop this hat.

After the paint has dried, cut your fabric into its precise five by one cut we mentioned earlier. Stay focused, this can make or brake the hat.

Gang Gang! Pull out that hot glue gun and get ready to stick. Evenly distribute your hot glue along the median of the hat. Make sure you smooth out the bogo before it cools. If you have any edges sticking up, add a pea sized amount of glue to the area and smooth it out.
