News Brief: Valentine’s Day Spirit wear!
Wear your Valentine’s Day spirit wear and get 2 eBUCKS!!
Love is in the air! Well, at least on your shirts anyway.
On Monday, Feb.14, students are asked to join in on a Valentine’s spirit day. Students are to wear red, white, pink or hearts.
What’s the best part you might ask? eBUCKS!
That’s right! Free eBUCKS will be handed out if you wear Valentine’s Day themed and colored shirts!
“Student will be earning two eBUCKS for wearing…Valentine’s spirit attire,” said seventh grade math teacher Christie Klausman.
Valentine’s day has been morphed over the years into a day of love for couples. Sometimes we just need to think and be thankful for all the love around us.
“… I feel like sometimes people focus more on buying things and spending money instead of … sharing your feelings and thoughts,” Klausman said.
