Hey! My name is Andie Kephart, and I'm an eighth grader and reporter for Livewire. I really enjoy writing, reporting and photography. I'm very excited to be a part of the Livewire staff. Outside of school, I enjoy doing competitive weightlifting, painting and spending time with my friends. I have been lifting for 3 years now and have competed in many national competitions  all across  the U.S.  My favorite quote that I hear coaches and teachers say is, “Give 110% in all that you do.” I try to apply this to my life in the things that I do. My future plans are to go to Penn State University and become a physical therapist.

Obviously it starts after thanksgiving oh my gosh! Take it one holiday at a time! I want to enjoy the fall and thanksgiving season first, and THEN move into Christmas. I think it’s crazy that people already decorate for Christmas in early November or sometimes even October! Slow down!
