Order up! Pacifico Bakery sells many types of bread. Some items include Flat Steaks rolls and Bread Crumbs.

On Nov. 1, special education teacher Kyle Nale started a program in which he funds field trips for his classroom via Pacifico Bakery.

Nale said, “They’re excited to go on community based instruction trips. That’s what the money will be used for.”

Twice a month, teachers can place orders. Then, the students order the items from the bakery.

According to the website, “Pacifico Bakery has been in business since 1947 by Angelo Pacifico, and the bakery is the area’s leading producer of quality breads.”

Placing the orders for the classroom can take a while.

“I contacted Pacifico’s Bakery to set up a large order, and they need a week ahead of time,” said Nale.

Nale plans to keep on getting the food from Pacifico’s.

Aw that’s really thoughtful of Mr. Nale. I’m sure his students really appreciate it.
