Chocolates galore! The smell of sweetness and love in the air this Valentine’s Day is glorious. Candy grams were so popular last year, and they have vanished just days away from February 14! The chocolate smell is not as strong from last year.

Valentine’s Day just occurred and candy grams were nowhere to be seen!

Eighth grade American cultures teacher Elizabeth Bronson is usually in charge of these kinds of things, as she is the leader of the student council.

Bronson said,“ We did not do candy grams for Valentine’s Day this year because it is a huge undertaking, and we did not get any money off of it last year. If you are going to put that much time into something like that, you have to make a profit.”

For the heart-broken people, there are Saint Patrick’s Day candy grams on their way.

“It was a lot of work to put five or 10 in a little bag and tying them, so this year I think we’re just going to do regular candy bars and sell them for a dollar a piece,” Bronson said.

St. Patrick’s Day seems to be the new theme in the new year of 2024. Bronson said she will not reveal the exact treat for the next holiday.

Stay tuned for the surprise coming up in the month of March!
