Andie Kephart, Reporter
Hey! My name is Andie Kephart, and I’m an eighth grader and reporter for Livewire. I really enjoy writing, reporting and photography. I’m very excited to be a part of the Livewire staff. Outside of school, I enjoy doing competitive weightlifting, painting and spending time with my friends. I have been lifting for 3 years now and have competed in many national competitions all across the U.S.
My favorite quote that I hear coaches and teachers say is, “Give 110% in all that you do.”
I try to apply this to my life in the things that I do. My future plans are to go to Penn State University and become a physical therapist.

I make bracelets and sometimes do Henna designs. I originally went to Juniata Elementary School when I was younger! I really like swimming and hiking in my free time!

For me it’s English. I love reading and writing so much, and a lot of people tell me I’m really good at writing. Science is probably second for me, I like science a lot, but only on certain topics. I’m usually only really knowledgeable on the science topics I like best. I hate math!! I’m so bad at it and it’s so difficult. I don’t like math PSSAs at all.
