~A dish to try on a holiday or a special/certain occasion~

This week is dedicated to trying to be healthier.  Make a treat or dish for friends or family members to try to get them to be healthier because being healthy is good for the mind and body.  It would be a good idea to snack on something a little healthier after school.  A good healthy idea for a treat would be Chocolate and Banana.  It satisfies the chocolate craving.  It’s only 117 calories per serving and only three grams of fat.  It only takes ten minutes to make and tastes delicious.

Ingredients:

1 banana thinly sliced

2 tablespoons of semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons of nonfat vanilla yogurt

Directions:

1. Put chocolate chips in the microwave for 20 seconds or until the chocolate chips are melted.  2. Next drizzle the melted chocolate over the banana slices.

3. Finally put the yogurt on top of the chocolate and banana.
