 SUMMARY:

As many gamers know, the long awaited Watch Dogs is finally out. It is available for PS4, PS3, XBOX ONE, XBOX 360, PC and will be released on Wii U in the near future. After countless delays and revisions, the game is out and getting countless reviews. For those who don’t know what it is, Watch Dogs takes game play elements from the Assassin’s Creed series and Grand Theft Auto series. Though it may not be as great as either title, it is a smash game and a good first try for Ubisoft in sandbox games.

THE RATING:

+Action packed

+Good use of in-game hacking device

+Solid title

-Short single player

-Graphics feel old

Obviously the good outweighs the bad in this title. An introduction to this game that hasn’t been seen before was the hacking device, an in-game mobile machine that lets you take control of the city and practically rule the place. Though some problems do exist, there is nothing big to complain about. The title scores an 88/100 here and has received high ratings elsewhere. Hopefully developer Ubisoft expands the series and learns from their minor mistakes for the next title.
