Well, it has been a fun year writing Universal Gaming blogs. It hurts to finally say this will be the final one published on the LiveWire. Though Universal Gaming will have a facebook page posting blogs weekly or more, it hurts to leave the home site, also known as the Livewire.

5. Titanfall (2014): 90/100

Easily one of the most enjoyable games ever reviewed , Titanfall was a great title for the XBOX ONE. Crisp gameplay, wonderful online and just overall fun made this game get in to the top 5 games reviewed.

 

4. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag (2013): 91/100

Ubisoft’s best selling franchise Assassin’s Creed is nothing but great. Even though the fourth title didn’t live up to expectations, it still was a hard hitting, fun game.

 

3. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (2014): 93/100

Once again Donkey Kong Country provides to be a wonderful title. Some of the best platforming seen on Wii U along with new, great graphics and fun, enjoyable characters all add up to help this game steal place number 3.

 

2. The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (2013): 95/100

There is little to say about this title that hasn’t already been mentioned before. A great throwback to classic games from the series, wonderful and unique graphics, fresh gameplay and a strong story help this game take second.

 

1. Super Mario 3D World (2013): 96/100

One of the best Mario games of all time was released on Wii U last year, and was a blast. Great graphics, asymmetric gameplay, multiplayer mayhem and a cast of loveable characters makes this game be the highest rated game reviewed on Universal Gaming.
