Spotlight library reader of the month

Spotlight library reader of the month

Bradley Weatherwalk

Each month, the AAJHS Library will select one student to “spotlight” as an outstanding reader.  This student will be featured on the new library bulletin board.  Facts about the student as a reader along with their favorite books from our library will be displayed.   So stop by the library and check out our Spotlight Reader!  And look for December’s Spotlight Reader in the next issue.

Bradley Weatherwalk is an eighth grade student at Altoona Area Junior High School.  He has chosen to feature our art section of the library (the 700 section).  His favorite types of reading materials are drawing books because it helps him to become a better artist.  You can check out some of his artwork on display in the library.  If he were an author, he would like to write and draw scary comic books.  Other than reading, Bradley enjoys fishing and wrestling.  One reading tip he would give to other students to help them become a better reader is “Read your favorite book a lot.”

Thank you, Bradley, for sharing your love of reading with us!
