We all need some “Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul”

Cluck, cluck! “Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul” has lots to offer about being a teenager.

Let’s face it: being a teenager is hard. There are a lot of challenges and decisions that need to be made. Sometimes it can be overwhelming.

What if there were a book that helped with all that?

Guess what! There is! It’s called, “Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul.”

This book is a collection of short stories about friendships, relationships, family, learning, bravery and more. In other words, anything a teenager needs advice on.

Authors Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Kimberly Kirberger compiled stories from people who went through tough times and needed some inspiration, people who learned life lessons and shared their experiences and people who found the true meaning of family.

There are some stories that will make you smile. There are some stories that will touch your heart. And then there are poems that will infuse your life with deeper meaning.

The reason why I like this book so much is probably because it let’s you know that you are not alone.

One of my favorite parts of the book is the poem, “Please Listen.”

It discusses what the meaning of true friendship is and how you should treat your friends. It really helped me see what I have to do to be there for my friends when they’re going through a tough time.

“Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul” also has quirky comical drawings scattered between the pages to go along with the stories. Some of them made me chuckle.

Without a doubt, this book gets a five out of five-star rating from me.

From the poem, “What is Success?” to “The Premonition,” “Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul” has it all.

So, the next chance you get, get your hands on this book. You won’t regret it!
