Healthy Recipes for Students on the Go!

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, who doesn’t want something delicious to slurp on during the Holiday? A cute breakfast idea that I came across from my Aunt is the “Love Potion Smoothie!” I found this so delicious and extremely healthy. This smoothie takes about 5-10 minutes and extremely easy to create!

Ingredients:

•Fresh Strawberries

•Mangoes

•Carrot Juice

•Plain Greek Yogurt

•Ice

•Whipped Cream (optional)

Directions: To begin, take a blender and place cut strawberries and sliced mangoes. The amount of fruit needed depends on the number of servings wanted. Then, pour carrot juice into the blender. If people do not enjoy carrot juice, use orange juice. Then, apply plain greek yogurt in the mixture. Then, add ice to for a cool texture. Finally, blend until evenly mixed. Pour into a cup and top it off with some whipped cream. Enjoy!
