So March is coming to an end, but the weather is getting better outside.  Meaning people will want to go outside to restaurants and might want to travel more. Well over this past weekend I had a bowling tournament in Bedford, but before we went to my tournament we stopped at a Denny’s and ate there.  To cut to the chase, I’d like to give a review of our Denny’s and the one in Bedford.

The Denny’s in Altoona can sometimes be forgetful and sometimes the waiters don’t pay attention.   I go to Denny’s at least twice a month with my mother, and we usually get the same thing every time. It usually takes them five to fifteen minutes to get our drinks.  We both get hot tea to drink.  Now it takes them at least thirty minutes to get our food for us, it depends if it’s packed or not. My mother orders this deal that they have and asks for only one piece of toast every time but they always bring her two.  They always get mine right, I order their club sandwiches.

The Denny’s in Bedford was pretty much packed, but the waitress sat us down and got us our drinks within five minutes and also ordered our food.  We got our usuals and she brought it out within twenty minutes.  The waitress had only brought my mother one piece of toast just like she had asked.

My over review is that our Denny’s may have to step it up a notch but overall their food is great. I’d go there any day of the week.  That’s it for this week.
