It may be the end of April but there is still a lot going on in the snowboarding world. Like my last two posts about snowboarders are coming out with movies.
The movie “13” by Burton came out earlier this year. Almost all of the Burton riders are in the movie, and it features many different aspects of snowboarding. There is a street edit of the movie. The street riders of the team go and hit steep rails and gab huge sets.
There is also a pipe part of the movie where riders just do some amazing tricks in the pipe. They also set up a lot of obstacles on the side of the pipe. There is also some back country in the movie and there is just some pow riding and they set up huge jumps. The movie was one of the most popular movies in 2012/2013 along with “Further” and “The Art of Flight”. John Jackson who was in the art of flight is also in 13 and there are just so many big names in this movie which makes it so good. The filming and music to the movie is great to. The different perspectives they use to film the movie makes the movie very interesting and the movie fits right in with the movie. The movie make the viewer just want to get up and go snowboarding and this can be torture for snowboarders in the summer. You can buy the movie or just check out some information at http://www.burton.com/on/demandware.store/SitesBurton_USSite/default/Movie-Start#
