As students ring in the new year some have decided to make resolutions.  Others skip making a resolution.

Eighth grader Morgan McNulty does have a resolution.

“ To stay consistent with my blog and my twitter that I have,” McNulty said.

Another student that with a New Years resolution is, Kobe Trude.

“ To be healthier,” Trude said.

Along with the new year, comes new goals and accomplishments to go after and achieve.

“New Year, New me” is a commonly used quote, whether people choose to live by it, is up to them. Some may know someone who is completely devoted to their New Years resolution; one person who is, is Samantha Hand.

“ To have more self confidence in myself, ” Hand said.

Along with News Year’s resolutions comes the unbelievable fact that it’s already the year 2014. Hand, is one student who can’t believe it.

“ No, I cannot believe it’s 2014 already,  I feel like just yesterday I was five and now I’m all grown up. Time has flown by so fast and every year goes by faster and faster,” Hand said.
