Andrea Slusser

Andrea Slusser, Reporter

Hello! My name is Andrea Slusser, and this is my first year writing for the school newspaper. I enjoy writing and photography, so I am very happy to be reporting at AAJHS. I am involved with many activities both inside and outside of school. One of my favorite things to do is to play cello. I have been playing this amazing instrument for a little more than four years now, and I was able to get into the chamber orchestra here at the junior high! I have been an AAJHS silk for two years and an indoor silk participant since last year. Also, I love staying active. I have been dancing for almost nine years, and I played softball for six years.  Furthermore, I am an active participant in Blair County 4-H, which has led me to making many new friends and raising rabbits. I love rabbits a lot, and I want to start participating in the Blair County 4-H dairy club. Lastly, my family also travels and they have taken me to two foreign countries and 12 different states! I am very excited that I was given the opportunity to write for my school. I look forward to starting to report for Livewire and getting to know my fellow reporters!
