Attention: Anyone Interested In Bowling Club:

Do you like to go Bowling? Whether you are a current Junior Bowler in a league, just enjoy bowling with friends or family, or are just interested in trying it out, then Bowling Club is the solution for you. There is an organizational Bowling Club meeting on Wednesday April 10, 2024 in B- 217 at the High School @ 2:45 PM.

Attention seventh graders! The seventh grade field trip to the Altoona Curve  is fast approaching! If you would like to join all of your friends for a day of sunshine, baseball, food and fun you MUST turn your signed forms by THIS Tuesday, April 9!  If you have any questions, ask your ELA teacher!

Attention Students:  The library has over 180 overdue books and will be mailing overdue notices home to parents for the first, second, and third marking periods on Friday, April 12th.  If you have an overdue book, please return or renew it as soon as possible.  Any lost library books will become a fine on your skyward account at the end of the year.

AAJHS will hold an IXL competition for the month of April, for ELA students in grades 6 and 7.   Let’s see which class can master the most skills!  Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 OVERALL classes, as well as the teachers of those classes.  GOOD LUCK!

Congratulations to Deklan Barr for becoming a National Champion this weekend at the National High School Coaches Association National Tournament. Deklan won 6 straight matches to win the title at 105 lbs. Deklan becomes the first wrestler to win an NHSCA National Title from Altoona! Congrats Deklan!
