If anyone asks a teenager what their favorite restaurant is, they would automatically say Chipotle. Chipotle is a Mexican chain restaurant allowing the customers to create their own tacos, burritos and more. Chipotle’s animals are fed as vegetarians with no chemicals, so their meat is completely safe and sanitary. The owners take pride in this because they serve pork, grilled chicken, steak, and tofu. This isn’t a typical fast food restaurant. The founder Steve Ells made his first Chipotle in Denver, Colorado as a chef. He never knew how popular this country wide chain would get.
When customers walk through the door, they immediately smell the aroma of tortillas, salsas, and meat. Customers wait in a quick line and they decide if they want a burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad. After that, the workers ask what the customer wants on their item. This when the fun starts. Customers can have meats, salsas, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, beans, onions and peppers and more. The set is similar to the restaurant “Subway.” I enjoy this, because I like to know exactly what the workers are putting on my meal and that they’re executing proper quality in ingredients.
The prices at Chipotle are amazing for what the customers are getting.

Amanda Chamberlian stated, “I pay $6.25 for a large burrito that will keep me full all day. Also, the drinks vary from $1.60 to $2.10. All of these menu items vary from $1.00 to $7.00. This is one of the reasons people like Chipotle so much. After paying, the customers sit down in one of their booths or stool seatings. The seating is a very nice set up and great for seating groups and couples. I love the darker light of the place because it transfers from a cute romantic date or a night out with friends and family.”
Finally, Chipotle’s CEO is very caring about his customers thoughts. After writing a letter myself, a coordinator responded. I was highly impressed with how quickly the response came. The woman, gave out a card for a free burrito, bowl, salad or tacos. I was shocked, because normally restaurants will not respond to customers feedback or respond in less than 24 hours. I am pleased that Chipotle cares so much to respond to a customer letter. I recommend anyone to eat there if they’re in the mood for delicious Mexican dishes.
