Ingrid Steward

Ingrid Steward, Reporter

Hi! My name is Ingrid Steward, and I am a news reporter.  I love sports outside of school; it is one of my most favorite hobbies, especially soccer and track.  I also love music. I can play piano, guitar, violin, drums and a little bit of base too! Ever since I was younger, I’ve always enjoyed writing. Writing has been a big part of my life when I create music with friends and family.  I’m always thinking of what to write in a poem to turn it into a song. On top of music and sports, I love to drive four-wheelers and go fishing with friends and family.  My favorite fish to catch is a rainbow trout and perch, and I really like seafood.  I also love to cook and bake, I make dinner for my family sometimes; so you can always find me in the kitchen.  Although I love savory food, I love sweets just as much!  I like to make pies with my grandma… they’re usually given to my grandpa’s friends at Degennaro's gas station. On a good occasion, I get to keep them for myself (my favorite occasion). Well enough about me, I’m very excited to be a part of the news reporters for our school paper, and I hope that each student enjoys my articles this year!
